New User Application Info

For new Platinum member signups, we require users to first download and test out the software to ensure that it will work for what they need to do and they have a basic understanding of how to use the plugins.

Since Pixnub is a suite of Photoshop plugins, an intermediate level of Photoshop knowledge is required. You don’t need to be a Photoshop expert. However, you at least need a basic understanding of Photoshop layering, masking, PSD template editing, etc (depending on which plugins you are using). It is NOT our job to teach users how to use Photoshop. Photoshop knowledge is a prerequisite.

Also, if you are planning to use CSV data files with the Sports Photo Automation or EZ Composites plugin, then you will need a basic understanding of how to use a spreadsheet program such as Excel, Numbers, Google Docs, Open Office Calc, or any other CSV editing tool. Again, this knowledge is a prerequisite and it is not our responsibility to teach new users how to use a spreadsheet editing program.

Tech Support: After you are signed up, we do provide tech support and do our best to help users when they are stuck on something. However, this is different than training new user to use Photoshop or Excel.
