License Key Lookup

My Account License Lookup:

Most license keys will be shown under the My Account menu under the License Lookup. Go to the license key tab. The license keys will be shown there.  You will need to log in.

This will show the following keys

- All Subscription keys
- All Perpetual Keys purchased on or after 4/29/2023
- All perpetual keys purchased before 4/29/2023 if they were purchased with an email address that matches either your current Pixnub account login or account billing email address.

Perpetual license keys purchased BEFORE 4/29/2023 with a different email address:

For perpetual keys (not Platinum keys) purchased before 4/29/2023 with a different email address, our system has no way to link those to your account. So for those keys, you will need to go to the license key lookup page for older perpetual keys. This page will look up the keys based on the purchase email address.
