For all perpetual license keys purchased BEFORE 4/29/2023:

Perpetual keys (not Platinum keys) purchased before 4/29/2023 will not show up in the order details in your account. This is because the website database was switched to a new system on 4/29/2023.  We could not transfer perpetual keys from older purchases into the order details in the new system. Use the form below to look up perpetual keys purchased before 4/29/2023. It will send the keys to your purchasing email address.
