Did you set up the CSV file with the PLAYER FILE 2 column and enter the filenames into the data cells? You must do that and then load the CSV file when running the batch.
See this page which will show the setup. It is about half way down the page. Look for the section labeled TEAM IMAGES, ADDITIONAL PLAYER IMAGES, AND LOGO IMAGES.
