It should work the same for version 7 as it does for Version 9. Just set up the template with both layer setups.
See the CSV docs here. However, for version 7 the CSV header must be Player File 2, NOT Player 2 File. For versions 9 I added the other header option because too many people kept getting it wrong. So for version 9 the header can be either.
If you scroll about half way down on this page it will show you a sample CSV for multiple players.
