    Try these things in order:

    >Restart computer (if you haven’t already)

    >If you’re using a VPN, try running on a regular wi-fi network

    > Quit any backend Creative Cloud things running

    Windows:
    Quit Creative Cloud then open Task Manager, right-click, and end any Creative Cloud background processes running

    Mac:
    Quit Creative Cloud then open Activity Monitor → force quit any Creative Cloud background processes running

    >Reinstall Creative Cloud (again, if you haven’t already)
