    Many times I’ve seen the “error code 2” pop up with users it gets resolved with a simple computer restart. Try that first, and if that doesn’t work, reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud (you’ll have to uninstall all Adobe apps before uninstalling Creative Cloud).

    And if that still doesn’t work…

    You may need to do a manual install. Creative Cloud on some systems occasionally can have issues with installing plugins. It could also potentially be an account syncing issue with Creative Cloud. You can contact Adobe to see what’s happening with your Creative Cloud.

    To get it working right now though, you can do a manual install. Uninstall any old versions of the plugins and manually install the newest versions. You can find the tutorial for how to do that here: https://pixnub.com/manual-plugin-installation/
