If these images become too much work then it may be work the 20 cents an image to use an AI extraction service. The online AI extraction algorithms are better at dealing with difficult images than EZ GReen Scree, which often needs things touched up for these kinds of images.
For the feet, those actions I I created I named “action hacks” for a reason. Those rely on Photoshop’s select subject tool which is not always perfect and sometimes unpredicible, especially around cluttered edges. I didn’t included this in the plugin itself because it isn’t always reliable. Instead, i release “as is” action “hacks” for this knowing that they may not always work perfectly and there isn’t anything I can do tho change that.
However, for the feet it you have them stand on a solid colored floor then you will get a more repeatable and better result than having them stand the “stand here” mat like you are. Photoshop’s select subject AI is easily tricked and the colors and shapes on the mat give it somethign to follow. It it is a solid colored floor then the AI has a much easier time.
Regarding the % in the action, see the video on this page where I explain that. The video explains how the action works.
For the hair, it is really hard to say without being able to zoom way in and look at the hair edges. You could maybe try dual mask. My guess is the hair may be difficult. See the video. However, keep in my that your image is full body so the head is smaller in the image so there will be much less detail to work with than a headshot for hair recovery.
For areas that get erased, yo umask have to extract in full layered mode and paint back in the layer masks.
