This set comes with Flare overlays and brushes.  Use the overlays when you want the natural multi-colored flare.  Basically, you just add the layer and switch it to “screen” blend mode.  Use the brushes when yo want a single colored flare. See the video for the best way to use the flare brushes in layers with blending modes to get he best look.
