IMPORTANT: Before submitting a ticket for any software issue, ensure that you have the latest release. The issue may already be resolved with the latest release. Downloads are available HERE.

FOR ACTIVATION ISSUES

If you are having activation issues the you just need to download and install the latest release. You don’t need to contact us. Our hosting company needed to do a necessary PHP update on our server because it was running an older version that is no longer supported. All programs needed modified in order to be able to connect to the server because of the new PHP version. Older releases can’t connect to the server and won’t be able to activate. DOWNLOAD HERE
