Trying to update SPA, EZ team builder and install EZ green screen. I download, double click – nothing happens. I right click on the CCX icon and choose “open with UnidentifiedPluginInstallerAgent” – nothing happens. But SPA in PS says Update Required. Help! Mac user. Running 12.2.1 OS and PS 24.0.1
