It looks like you removed the group folder. When you run the setup, SPA adds the group folder with the team file in that. You must keep the group folder. Same goes for the player images too. Always keep the folder because that is how SPA indexes the layers in the PSD.

Assuming there is nothing else wrong too, it will then work after yo fix the folder. So try that first. Then if it still doesn’t work there is something else wrong too in addition to that.
