You probably have the template set to Adobe RGB 1998 instead of sRGB.

There is a color profile mismatch between the player image and the template.

The image is probably either sRGB or untagged (which defaults to sRGB), and the template is probably Adobe RGB 1998.  PNG often gets set to untagged when extracting and saving as PNG…. because PNG is a web format and assumed to be sRGB, even when untagged.

So it is very important the the images are set to sRGB before cutting out.  Then also the tempalte needs to be sRGB too to avoid a color profile mismatch.

Make sure to use sRGB for everything.  Then you’ll never have any issues.
