I think this is an old bug that has resurfaced with the Photoshop 24.2 release. Adobe is going to have to fix this I’m afraid. I can repeat it in 24.2. I just ran on 23.5.4 with no issues. I’m going to test 24.1 next. So install CC 2021 and try that. Pretty sure it will work
