Thank you. So far, uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t work. Of course, it’s never Adobe’s fault and the line “drops” frequently when you press that issue. I’m going to try a couple of updates that I’ve been putting off, and I’ll keep calling Adobe until, just maybe, someone can help.
