Also, if Adobe fixes it for you, can you please ask them what they did to fix it and report back here. I would like to what they do to fix it in case the same issue occurs again.
When you talk to Adobe, don’t let them tell you it’s an issue with the installer file because it isn’t. the India tech support line at Adobe is quick to blame 3rd party just to clsoe their ticket. Let them know that this installer is working for everyone else. So there is nothing wrong with the installer files.
