    The issue is on the Adobe side.  You will need to contact Adobe tech support.

    There is really nothing that can be wrong in the CCX file. A CCX file is just a zip file that contains the plugin files but renamed to .ccx instead of .zip.  The CCX file isn’t a computer program itself and doesn’t perform an installation by itself. Creative cloud is what is responsible for unzipping the files and installing them. So if something isn’t working, the issue needs fixed in the Adobe Creative Cloud App.

    Youi could try uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud App before contacting Adobe. That is the only thing I could think to do.  However, if there is a problem inside of Creative Cloud itself, I don’t have the knowledge or access to fix it.
