    I don’t know what is going on. I can do a screen share with you tonight or morning.  I will be away for a few hours but maybe around 8:30 PM EST tonight? If not that time then tomorrow sometime.  You will need to install the remote desktop app for Google Chrome.  It is a free extension for google chrome. It will allow you to share your screen with me.

    Let me know what time works for you.  It may be something that Adobe will have to help you with too if I can’t figure it out. The issue is with the Adobe Creative Cloud I’m pretty sure. Just don’t know what the issue with it is.
