    This is not on a Mac. This is on a PC desktop running Windows 11.

    I am updated on all my computer software as well.

    I did try to open it using the right-click, open with…. Unified plugin installer agent. But same result.

    I also cleared my cache and deleted my browsing history. No help.

    I would be happy to do a screen recording of what is happening if that might help
