Are you on Windows or Mac?

In windows explorer or Mac Finder, does it shows the files under the folder?

In EZ Team Builder, when you click on the The window is a “Folder Select” Window, not a “File Select” window. So it will only show folders not files.  So it is normal when clicking to select the folder to not see any files. You just select the folder.  Did you try that?  If so, did it give you any message?

Also, the JPG file format doesn’t support transparency.  So cutouts can’t be saved as jpg or they will have a plain white background added.  So for EZ Team Builder. the files must be PNG, TIF, or PSD.

Anyway, please answer my questions and we can go from there.
