Not sure if that was just a coincidence or not. I don’t know why meta data tagging would prevent it from saving. EZ Green Screen isn’t programmed to do anything to the meta data at all.
I would keep using meta data as you have been. If it comes back then send me a couple of the files so I can see if there is something in the meta data tripping up Photoshop when it tries to save.
