We just tested SPA 11.0.5 and verified it is working correctly on our test machines.

You have to select a template file because that will be used for the default template in cases where the cell data is empty or it can’t find a template with the filename from the CSV name. However, if there is a valid template name in the CSV then it will use that.

So in your case, the CSV must not match the exact file names under the “Basketball” folder.

In the CSV data, you need to enter the filename, including the extension. Foer example, you would enter Effort-Basketball.psd in the cell.

Also, the templates need to be directly under that folder, not in subfolders.

Please double check your CSV to make sure the filenames match exactly and that the templates are in the correct folder you selected and not in subfolders.

If you can’t find the issue then please post a screenshot of your CSV and also the folder containing the template files.
