    There is something gong on in PS 27. Several users have reported issues. However, I can’t replicate it on any of our systems as they all run fine in PS 27.

    In Photoshop, please go to Help>GPU compatibility.

    Post a screen of the popup window.

    Then please go into the Photoshop preferences. In the General section, select “Reset Preferences on quit”.  Then restart Photoshop.  This has fixed the issue for several people.
