Hi Victoria,

A few things to start troubleshooting:

Are you using the most up to date version of SPA?

Can you send a screenshot of the error message if you are getting one?

If it’s not those – I’m not sure if this will fix the issue – but go ahead and try running SPA in diagnostics mode and see if it catches anything.
