Hm okay – if that message pops up even after you click “run batch” and after doing everything else, my next suggestion is try updating to the latest version of Photoshop 26.6.0 and see if that fixes it

(There is a bug in Photoshop for some peoples’ computers where Photoshop thinks that their GPU is off when it is actually on. But if it is on and you have that bug where the message still pops up, you can still click past the message and run the batch like normal. That’s why I am verifying if you tried to click “run batch” or not even after that message popped up again.)
