Hi Marisa,
“Auto show home screen” needs to be turned off (due to a bug in Photoshop it will make the plugin stop running if it’s on)
“graphics card processor” should be turned on. Check it off and back on. If you restart PS and that doesn’t work, reset the PS preferences (and turn off “auto show home screen” again), restart PS again, and see if that works
