Thanks, Damon – I’m not a plugin developer (lol, yet? idk…) so those nuances are things I’m not familiar with, but I get what you’re saying about the concept,

On the CSV – if you consider the use case, I can leave it to your implementation, but the quick use I would have is running a batch of 200 images (rows in the spreadsheet), and I need to go in and redo a subset of them for whatever reason.  I would say a row chooser (run all, select none, select custom…) would be helpful.
