Regarding remembering the folders, All Pixnub plugin used to do that in the past.  However, Adobe made that impossible in 2020 with their new plugins API (the new Plugins menu).  Any folder that plugins access must have a security token generated to allow access which is generated when the user selects the folder.  Once Photoshop is restarted, the security tokens are forgotten. So there is no way to store a file path and recall the path because access to that folder will be blocked without the security token. Adobe calls it the user “opt-in” to give the plugin access to that folder.  Me and other developers have complained to Adobe about that but they are not going to change it.  I wish I could change it but I can’t.  So for that one, it just is what it is.

The CSV row chooser it an interesting concept.  So give it a starting row and ending row option when loading the CSV? That is possible.  I may add it. Not sure when I can get to it but it a good idea so I’ll add it to the list.
