I checked your logs and it looks like you were able to use it after posting in the forum. Are you still having issues with it?
One of the things it could/could’ve possibly been was Creative Cloud thinking it wasn’t able to run the plugin in Beta mode if you only had Beta installed and not the regular Photoshop installed as well.
Also, as a side note, you no longer need to use the beta version of Photoshop to run Image Extract. You can run it in version 26.6.
