    Hi Nikkala,

    Have you tried running in diagnostics mode yet? If not, please do so and see if it gives you any error messages then post a screenshot. If not, we will keep troubleshooting.

    Also, can you clarity when you say “2 big programs this has happened to this week”? Are you referring to EZ Composites? That you had an issue with a CSV file with both SPA and EZ Composites?
