    Hi Beverly,

    There are 2 options for this:

    1. You can put NOTEXT in the CSV cells for it to read as a blank for the coaches

    2. Hide the layer by turning on the eye ball. Then you can leave the CSV cells blank. For any CSV cells with data, it will show the layer during the batch. Ensure that the text is the proper size in the layer even though it’s hidden.

    Leaving the CSV cells blank and keeping the layer shown in the CSV will not delete the text. This is done by design and not an error in the program. You can find a further explanation for this here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JP8-W5o9yPc&t=1s&ab_channel=Pixnub

    (For your purposes, #1 should work perfectly fine)
