Hi Tonya,

The licensing system for the old plugin versions you were using no longer work on our new server that we just upgraded to. These plugins you were using are at least 5 years old if they’re no longer working. We’re not going to be updating the old plugins so you’ll need to update to the new plugin releases. If you have a license for Adobe CC 2020, then it will work for Adobe CC 2025. The new plugins are way better and you’ll probably want to update anyway…

One tip: when you update Photoshop CC in Adobe Creative Cloud, if you uncheck the “remove old versions” option, then it will keep Adobe CC 2020 so you still have both versions.

A side note: All of our newest versions of our plugins require Photoshop 2022 or higher to run
