Hi Brittni,
Are you by chance using a proxy server, using a 3rd party firewall software, using a 3rd party anti-virus software such as Norton or Mcafee, or on a restricted network (a company network that may have any additional security for ex.), by chance? This is my first thought for this kind of issue.
Also, do you have another computer you can test downloading and installing on?
