    Hi Cindy,

    Are you using the Photoshop 26 Beta version? Dialog popup box options aren’t working in the beta version. We are currently updating it to make it compatible with the newest version of Photoshop. For the time being, revert back to Photoshop 25 until we release the new update.

    If you are already using Photoshop 25, then I would’ve said it might be a corrupt Photoshop preferences file and it should resolve after resetting and restarting Photoshop.
