You may have a folder permission restriction. Go to this location and see what the folder permissions are set to. Make sure it is read/write for your user. You can just make all 3 read/write if you are unsure which one is your user.  Note, this is under a hidden folder path so you will need to enable Finder to view hidden files. The keyboard shortcut in Finder to do this is Command+Shift+.(use the . on the number keypad area)

/Users/YourUsername/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/26/External/7a4b3d86/PluginData
