That is not the issue. I fixed that bug on the server already.

Also, I cleared you key so it is a brand new key with no activations basically.

I also tested and your key works on our computers.

I think there is something on that specific computer blocking the activation.

I just finished creating the log collection script. Can you please try activating again.  Let me know after you have tried again and I will check the logs to see if your computer is pinging our server.
