    Hi Bridgett,

    I just checked the key you sent and it is the correct key. I also tested the key on our system and I can activate our machine with your key.  So the key itself is working fine.

    I’m going to set up a test script to see if your system is even pinging our server when you try to activate.  This will let us know if somethign on your side is blocking your system from even trying to activate.

    I will take me a little while to set up the scripting and the logs but I will get back to you shortly today.

    In the mean time, can you try another internet connection?  Can you try setting up a hot spot on your phone and then connecting to the hotspot?  Before trying to activate, disconnect your standard internet connection so your computer is only connected through the phone hotspot.

    If that works then the issue has something to do with your internet connection.  If it doesn’t then there is something else blocking the connection.

    Let me know on this.

    I will reply again after I have the script set up to test on our end.
