Please run SPA in Diagnostics mode. That will probably tell you what the issue is. If it gives a message then press continue because it may have more than one message. The diagnostics mode checkbox is right next to the start batch button. Just check it on before running.
Let me know what it says when you run in Diagnostics mode.
