    For the scratch disk, is the scratch disk AND operating disk selected? If both are selected, it may be using the operating disk first and then crashing and not using the scratch disk at all.

    If it is only the scratch disk selected and it’s crashing around the same number of images each time and you aren’t able to create more space on the scratch disk and it’s totally empty, I would suggest to get a 2TB hard drive or separating the batches.

    However, since it shows that it’s crashing at 45GB of memory, it looks like it is the first thing.
