Hi Javier,

Adobe put restrictions on this in their new plugins API. In the new Plugins menu, an action can’t be batched that is recorded with a plugin in the plugins menu. Therefore, we left action recordability out of Face Crop. We have contacted them multiple times about this and they haven’t given a clear response if they will update this. It will only work with the old version of Photoshop and old version of Face Crop. If they change it back, then we will update the plugin to be able to do that again. The old Face Crop is still available under the legacy downloads section.

So for now, if you use the updated versions, you would have to run face crop and then that batch of images with your action separately.
