Hi Adam,

No, because Adobe has restricted this. While a UXP plugin is running, Photoshop is hardcoded to not let any other plugins or scripts to run. We have contacted Adobe about this on a couple of occasions, their response was they do this to not allow scripts and plugins to interfere with each other.
