Since you already have a different template for each team, you can use the CSV header TEMAPLTE FILE and then fill out the cells the the template name, including the extension…. so Night Game.psd for example would go in the cell if that is the template name.

It will run fastest if you sort the CSV by the TEMPLATE FILE name column. If the row alternate templates then it has to close one template and open another each time it changes. If you sort the CSV and group the templates then it will keep the same template open until it needs to switch which speeds it up.
