I responded last week. I then got your response yesterday but Sunday is our day off so I didn’t see your response until today.
The screenshots that you sent are normal. The popup window you sent in the screenshot is exactly what should happen. What happens when you click the blue button that says install on the pop up window? Do you get another message? If so, can you please reply with a screenshot of the next message that you get?
