I just tested on my Macbook and I’m getting the same error. It is strange because it was working last time I used that which was when I did the webinar…… but that may have been on my Windows system (can’t remember).
In any case, I am out of town and won’t be able to look at this until Friday.
Do you have one of the Pixnub memory mate templates? If so then you can copy/paste the slot 1 group from that memory mate into your temaplte.
What you don’t want to do is copy/paste slot 2 and scale it up form the existing design because those will be a lower resolution for the slot and cause quality loss when upscaling. You want to copy/paste the image slot that says 2400 x 3000 in it. For the Pixnub memory mates, depending on the template, that slot may be in the graphics file, not in the layout files.
When I get back on Friday, I will look into fixing the issue and release version 3.1.1. Until then, using slot 1 from the Pixnub memory mate is the best option.
