There is no way for it to do it like EZ Team Builder because it runs one image at a time and can’t compare height of different images.  EZ Team Builder looks at all of the images before building the team and then scales the entire team to roughly fit the template.

The closest thing you could do for sizing like you are wanting would be mode 1 which scale by face so the young kids hopefully have smaller heads and will scale smaller, but that is not exactly a given either. However, the images would need moved vertically as needed to align the feet.

So probably the best way to do it would be to use Mode 1 with the “pause on scale” or “pause on finished image” with mode 1 and then moved the images into place as it builds.  If you put in a PS guide at that point and then set snapping to guide only it would probably allow you to easily snap the layers into place.

So it’s not entirely automated but you could babysit it throughout the batch for placement.  I don’t have any better solution than that.
