Is that a cutout image with the grass in front on another layer?

If so then yes, modes 2, 3, or 4 will work if the cutout has visible feet to align to the red line.

For non-cutout images, you need to use the select subject mode in the PSA settings and it will run select subject and align the bottom of the selection to the red line. However, if the feet are not visible because of grss in front then Select subject won’t be able to select the feet.
