Reply To: Cropping to 160×160 pixels

Thank you.  Yes I am.  I’ve written fairly complex actions for many years and batched them but for some reason this little and simple action wouldn’t batch correctly.  It would mess up the crop on 9 out of every 10 files.   I tried it every way I could imagine with no luck and this morning I thought of SPA and was pretty sure it was going to do the trick for me until I saw the 200×200 minimum size limitation.  So in the interim before you replied I tried instead of cropping at 160×160 pixels at 300 to crop to .0533in. x.0533in. at 300 dpi (the exact same size.)  I have no idea why but that seemed to do the trick.  PS sailed though over 400 images without a hitch. I can’t think of a reason that changing the unit of measure worked but am just glad I don’t have to do thousands more by hand.  But thank you for the reply.  I appreciate it.
