Hi Stacey,

Are you familiar with creating Photoshop actions?

You can create an action that crops 1:1 from top down using the crop tool and then resizes the image to 160×160. Once the action is created, you can batch the action with the Pixnub Hot Folder program. This would be easier than setting up a template in SPA
