What file format are you using for the cutouts?

Is the folder on a local drive or a network drive?

Are the cutout images in sub-folder of the folder you are selecting or directly under the folder?

It may be a folder permission issue, especially of you are trying to process from a network drive.  In any case, I want you to try making a new folder on your desktop. Then move some images directly into the new folder that is on the desktop, not under and sub-folders.  Try processing from that folder. Does that work?
