    Please download SPA 10.2.0.

    Turn on the diagnostics mode and run the batch. Just turn on the checkbox next to the Run Batch button to enable diagnostics. Make note of any messages that pop up. If it gives messages then click continue and let it run because there may be more than one thing it finds.  Let me know if this finds any issues.
